INSTALLATION:

1. Place the entire taxonomy_hide directory into your Drupal modules directory.

2. Enable this module by navigating to:

     Administer > Site building > Modules

3. Specify at Administer > Site configuration > Taxonomy hide which vocabularies
   you want to hide, and whether you want to enable grouping of vocabulary
   terms.
